We stayed in and did some barbecuing this weekend, the boys cooked an inordinate amount of food, and bewise came through in spectacular fashion with the first of the season's heirloom tomatoes!I sliced them and served them with a little mozarella, salt and pepper, basil and a drizzle of nice olive oil. Everyone loves these, even people that don't really like salad much! Mmmm
